Flat Belly Diet

How does it work?
The plan advocates intake of 1600 calories everyday which should be distributed in 4 separate meals in the interval of 4 hours. One can include foods from 28 chosen food stuffs, mainly unrefined foods, in their breakfast, lunch, snack meal or dinner.

Oils- Olive oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, walnut oil.

Whole grains
Lean protien
Red meat (little of it) 

But following a 1600 calorie plan, a dieter needs to follow 1200 to 1400-calorie anti-bloat jump-start period for four days. This is meant to make the dieter ready for the flat belly diet in the future. It reduces bloating as dieters drink 2 liters sassy water daily which includes spices, herbs, citrus, and cucumber to prepare the body for dieting. This liquid would flush out the toxins out of the body and thereby support 5 ¾ inch loss and 7 lbs weight loss in the first week itself. Loosing substantial weight in the first week itself is a great motivating factor.

Thereon the person follows the 1600 calories plan. Also, exercising is optional. Thus it is a very easy to follow diet plan. The best part about this diet is that you never feel hungry as you eat foods which keep you full. Thus you can stick to diet and get assured results.
