After that you need to place them in a small baking dish and then pour a spoonful of olive oil over them. They are to be then baked at a temperature of 450°F for about 15 minutes.

Baked tomatoes can not be had just like that. You need to prepare an accompanying dish to go along with it. You can prepare mozzarella cheese and roasted turkey sandwiches to go along with it. To make them, you need to cut in half (lengthwise) a small whole wheat baguette. Then, you need to spread 1⁄2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on the lower half. On its top you need to place a 2 ounce slice of roasted turkey breast and a 2 ounce slice of low-fat mozzarella cheese. To finish it, place 15 of the hot, baked cherry tomatoes and cover it with the other half of the baguette. Cut in half.

Prepare a paste of 1 clove garlic (crushed) and 1⁄8 teaspoon ground red pepper. Spread it evenly over the fish fillets.

Roast the fish skin-side down in an oven preheated to a temperature of 450°F. However, you will have to maintain the internal temperature of the fish to about 145°F. Once done, decorate it with a quarter cup of chopped parsley. You can immediately serve the dish for consumption.
